Week 1 – Lady Lake (North to Spruce Creek), Fruitland Park, North Leesburg (North of Griffin Rd), Oxford

Week 2 – Wildwood, West Leesburg (West of Canal St., South of Griffin Rd., North of Singletary Park on Hwy 27)

Week 3 – South Leesburg (South of Singletary Park on Hwy 27), Yalaha, Okahumpka & Howey-In-The-Hills

Week 4 – East Leesburg (East of Canal St.), Emeralda Island, Grand Island, Lisbon, Tavares (East of Dear River & Hwy 441)

Week 5 – Make Up Week (Occurs approximately 4 times per year) – Various Areas

Each month a different Broker will preside over the tour & rotation scheduling **Please note, Brokerages must have 4 or more licensed agent to qualify as a Presiding Office

Duties of Presiding Brokerage are:

· Collecting Tour information

· Creating route sheet & tour information

· Creating & Supplying tour Schedule for attendees (Must be on ALL handed out material for meeting and/or Tour)

· Open & close meeting

· Confirm Affiliates Sponsor to provide refreshments

· Confirm meeting facility

· Set up & clean up of Facility on meeting day

Property Submissions

Only Residential Properties are permitted on Northwest Lake County MLS Tour.

Property Information needed for each tour submission:

MLS # Properties must be Listed in MLS to qualify.

Property Address (Including full Street Address and City)

Property Information (Number of bedrooms, baths & Price)

Name of Brokerage Firm

Agent Name

Agent Contact Information (Including cell phone number & email address)

Driving Directions or Map

Limit of 6 Properties per tour each week. No limit to number of listings per office at this time.

All Submitted must be fully completed on the Northwest Lake Co. MLS Tour Form.

Deadline for Tour Submissions:

Must be received by the Presiding Office by no earlier than 2 weeks prior to tour or later than 12 p.m. noon the Monday prior to tour.
